SE Ranking or Sistrix: which one fits your team
SE Ranking is the better fit for a US agency or in-house team that needs several client projects, local tools and client reports at the entry tier, while Sistrix fits teams that run their SEO on its Visibility Index and can pay in euros. SE Ranking's entry plan, Core, includes 10 projects and 2,000 keywords checked daily. Sistrix's entry package, Start, includes 3 projects and one user.
We quote no price for either tool. Both pricing pages showed euros to our research computer on 3 October 2026, and Sistrix states that its invoices are issued in euros, with US dollar invoicing offered only through its Enterprise program. Check the current SE Ranking figure through our SE Ranking pricing guide and on the vendor's page.

| Criterion | SE Ranking Core | Sistrix Start |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not quoted: page served euros | Not quoted: listed and invoiced in euros |
| Users | 1 manager seat | 1 user account |
| Projects | 10 | 3 |
| Keyword allowance | 2,000 keywords checked daily | 2,500 SERP updates |
| Site audit crawl | 250,000 pages a month | 30,000 URLs a month |
| Reports | 10 Report Builder reports | 3 reports |
| AI answer tracking | 100 prompts a day, 5 AI platforms | Prompt tracking in beta, 9,300 prompt updates a month |
| API | 25,000 Data API credits a month | None on Start |
| Free trial | 14 days, no credit card | 14 days |
The keyword row needs care. SE Ranking counts a tracked keyword once per search engine, so 30 keywords in 2 engines use 60 of the 2,000. Sistrix counts SERP updates, which its pricing page describes as on-demand refreshes of keywords you add yourself, so the two numbers are not the same measure. Run your real keyword list through both trials before you treat one allowance as the larger.
SE Ranking's own pages disagree on API credits: the pricing table lists 25,000 a month on Core and 100,000 on Growth, but its Rank Tracker page gives 100,000 for Core and 300,000 for Growth, so confirm the allowance before relying on it.
What Sistrix does that SE Ranking does not, and the reverse
- Only in Sistrix: Amazon marketplace analysis (product research, brand and retailer analysis, category checks) is included in every package. SE Ranking's plan table lists no Amazon module. Sistrix also builds its reporting around the Visibility Index, a score it publishes for more than 100 million domains.
- Only in SE Ranking: a local marketing module. Core includes 3 locations, a Local & Map Rank Tracker with 1,500 keywords, Google Business Profile posts and listing management. Sistrix's plan table lists no map tracking or listing tools.
Both track AI answers. SE Ranking's AI Results Tracker covers Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Sistrix lists Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity, labels the feature beta and says it may price it separately later. Our guide to SE Ranking's AI search tools covers how prompts are set up.
Who should choose Sistrix and who should choose SE Ranking
Choose Sistrix if your reporting already uses the Visibility Index, if you sell on Amazon, or if you value its training: every package includes seminar places, and Professional adds telephone support. A team of two or more needs a larger package, because Start has one user and cannot add more. Plus has three users and five years of data history.
Choose SE Ranking if you manage several client sites and want rank tracking, audits, local tracking and client reports in one subscription. Core's single manager seat is the limit to watch; Growth raises it to 3 seats and 30 projects. White-label reporting needs the Agency Pack add-on on an annual plan, while in Sistrix white-label reports start at the Professional package. The Core plan guide covers what fits inside the entry tier.
What switching between SE Ranking and Sistrix involves
Both vendors offer a 14-day trial, so you can run the same site in each before paying. SE Ranking's trial allows up to 10 projects and 750 tracked keywords a day.
- Export keyword lists and ranking history from the tool you are leaving.
- If you are moving to SE Ranking, note that its migration page names import paths from Semrush, Ahrefs, AgencyAnalytics, AccuRanker and Serpstat, plus CSV files. Sistrix is not named, so plan on a CSV import or ask SE Ranking's team. Assisted migration comes with annual subscriptions.
- Rebuild reports by hand. SE Ranking lists custom report layouts among the items that may need manual setup.
- Compare a week of rankings in both tools before you cancel the old one.
Warning: cancel only after your exports are saved. We could not confirm how long either vendor keeps your data after cancellation, so treat it as final. SE Ranking says payments are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as promised, and Sistrix applies a downgrade at the next billing period. If you are also leaving a larger suite, see how a Semrush migration works.
