How to create white label SEO reports and automate them for every client

What a white label SEO report needs: your brand, domain and sender

To create white label SEO reports, set your logo, colors, domain and sender address once, build one report template, and schedule it to send to each client. In SE Ranking these settings sit under White Label, which comes with the Agency Pack: open Agency Pack, then White Label, or choose White Label from the top account menu.

1. Brand the report: set the header logo, company name and colors, then the cover logo, background and text color, and click Apply changes; unsaved settings are not applied.
2. Choose the sender: send reports from your own email, or use your own SMTP server and send a test email to check the settings.
3. Set the domain: for an address with no SE Ranking in it, add a CNAME record in your DNS settings pointing to online.seranking.com, enter the address in SE Ranking and click Activate SSL certificate. SE Ranking recommends a sub-domain.

Create one report template for all clients

In Report Builder, templates can be shared with your team, while a finished report stays with the person who made it. With White Label, the Templates tab also customizes audit reports.

1. Open the Reports section of Report Builder.
2. Start from a premade template, or build your own in the Templates section.
3. Choose the project and a title, then a date range from the calendar or the quick filters.
4. Choose PDF, HTML or XLS, and a vertical or horizontal page.
5. Add or delete sections, then save. The report is ready within minutes, and you can view, edit, download or email it from the Reports table.

Schedule and automate the reports

Scheduling is a setting on the report. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, then the day and time of day, and add up to 5 recipient email addresses. Send times follow each user's time zone. Choose No schedule for a report that should only go out by hand, and use the Reports table to check that the others are sent on schedule.

Core includes 10 Report Builder reports and Growth 30. With the Agency Pack, the number of scheduled reports is unlimited, and AI-generated summaries are added to them.

Give clients live access: client seats and guest links

Clients can see live data instead of a PDF. A client seat is a view-only user who sees selected data, graphs and reports and cannot edit projects. SE Ranking's pricing page and FAQ give the Agency Pack 30 client seats, while its help center and Agency Pack page say 10, so confirm the number before you buy.

A guest link is a live, view-only link to one project that uses no seat; it is part of Growth, not Core. The login page can carry your logo and company name.

What white label costs in SE Ranking and when another tool fits

White label is an add-on, not part of Core or Growth. SE Ranking sells it as the Agency Pack; two of its pages call the same add-on the Agency Success Kit. SE Ranking's Agency Pack adds white label for the platform and its reports, with unlimited scheduled reports, from $69 a month on annual billing alongside Core, Growth or Enterprise; the SEO reporting tool for agencies guide sets it beside other tools.

The $69 tier covers 30 projects and is sold only with an annual plan: Core is $103.20 a month billed annually and Growth $223.20, as read on October 7, 2026. The 50-project and 100-project tiers are $99 and $129 a month in the US dollar view as captured on October 5, 2026. The pack is open during SE Ranking's 14-day trial, so a branded report can be built and sent without entering a card.

Scheduled reports without your own brand need no Agency Pack, since Core and Growth include Report Builder. For live dashboards across many clients, AgencyAnalytics charges per client and lists a white-labeled client portal, and Swydo charges by data source and lists full white-labeling.
