The best SEO software for a small business with one site is Moz Pro Starter or Ubersuggest Individual. For up to five sites it is Serpstat Individual at $69 a month billed monthly, and for up to ten sites with daily checks it is SE Ranking Core at $129 a month billed monthly. SE Ranking's price is as read on 7 October 2026 from its FAQ page and its US pricing page as captured on 5 October 2026.
Units differ: SE Ranking counts each keyword on each search engine as one pair, and Serpstat draws position checks from a monthly pool. SE Ranking Core also includes 3 business locations and 1,500 Local & Map keywords, checked weekly by default, while standard rankings are checked daily.

Ubersuggest Individual covers 1 project and 125 tracked keywords, checked weekly. Its price is on Ubersuggest's page, and it offers a one-time 7-day trial on monthly subscriptions.

Serpstat Individual is $69 a month billed monthly for 5 projects and 10,000 position checks a month. SE Ranking Core is $129 a month billed monthly for 10 projects and 2,000 daily keyword pairs.

What annual billing costs a month
On annual billing, SE Ranking Core is $103.20 a month billed annually and paid upfront for the year. Serpstat Individual is $50 a month with the annual discount. Moz Pro Standard is $79 a month for the first year, billed yearly ($950).
The three plans carry different capacity: Core 10 projects, Serpstat Individual 5 and Moz Pro Standard 3 tracked sites.
