SE Ranking says its search volume figures trail Semrush and Ahrefs. A deactivated project still counts toward the keyword limit. Local rankings are checked weekly by default, not daily, which matters for local-business clients.

A login is for one person on one device at a time, per SE Ranking's Terms, and a second sign-in is asked to take over. Manager seats can edit projects; client seats are view-only. Growth adds guest links, which give view-only access to one project without using a seat. API keys cannot be scoped or restricted. Deleting a search engine or region from a project erases its ranking history for good.
